Default Carbon 60, aka C60 and CBD?

I'm guessing maybe Jerry (boltonblue) has heard of it. I just learned about it and started taking it on Sunday. Anyone? It seems like my thumbs at the wrist join feel better already.

Also, I ordered some CBD but haven't received it yet.

Yes, I'm swallowing it. So far I'm taking two teaspoons per day.

Nope, but it has to do with eHarmony dating. The man I met on there told me about C60 and Charlotte's Web CBD Oil. I know some Vintage folks use CBD oil and I ordered some.

Coconut oil is supposed to be good for cooking. My wife uses olive oil.

Me too except for cooking and then I use cold press second pressing olive oil because of its higher smoking point.
