I've put a drive together for August 13-16 to drive KY Route 77 to Red River Gorge. If you have never heard about this road, be prepared for some challenges (a one lane tunnel anyone?) and lots of curves. Not as challenging as the Dragon but just as much fun. I got a big smile when I read this. Sometimes you don't know how good you got it. Our national MGA meet this year is in Colorado Spring CO. For me that is a 3,000 mile round trip, their banquet prices are $70 each, and its in June when there is good chance of violent storms with flooding and hail in the area according to a Denver MGA owner. Yes, I am passing up that event. Lil Abners is sounding better all the time.

Lexington (Blue Grass Airport). It's roughly 62 miles.
