Lets say I would like something shipped from a person in the US, to me, something say, the size of a box of Buddy Clubs, what is the best way to get them here quickly, with tracking and the least duty hassels possible?

fedex, via a broker.

21% in duty/taxes, plus a nominal brokerage fee (30 bucks?).

i get private party stuff lickety-split this way.

this is rob's (white) problem....his "broker" is canada customs by default...they'll get to it when they get to it.

i use delmar or PBB.

 

PBB is good.. i got my camera shit pretty quick.. only thing is... at first i thought i got away with custom charges... then a week or two later.. they send you this invoice...

 

how do you arrange for a broker?

 

call 'em and give them the package info.

waybill, description of contents, sender/receiver info, etc...tell them you want them to process the package ASAP...at that time, ask them what they charge as a brokerage fee.
