Default Heading to the Blue Ridge Parkway

Leaving this Thursday for a drive, vacation, and hiking trip (plus seeing the fall colours) down the Blue Ridge Parkway. Thinking of checking out the Tail of the Dragon and a few nice roads down in the US.

Anyone done the trip before? Any suggestions on accommodations or great places to visit?

Yeah I am taking the S2000, however my gf needs to pack light!!!

Just watch your speed when you are on the parkway. It is a Federal road cared for by the National Park Service and park rangers really don't like speeders very much.

Not saying that you plan to.....
