Please take look at the many fine threads in the Politics sub forum. I think it is doing well for a start up. Some people are concerned that threads posted there will just die. I hope that isn't the case. I think it will just take it a while to get going.

I don't think this is a reflection of the subforum...posting seems to be down on the site in general. And I agree, you are doing a bangup job so far. Just make sure Matt doesn't post in there too often...he's our resident thread killer.

I see the food starting to appear, I am sure that it will start to fly any minute.

Dean,

You changed your look. I like your hat.

I have browsed the politics thread, but so far either I've not even had .02 to put in, or the conversation is too deep for me.

Sir, do you have personnal experience with this? Don't think I've ever been in a food fight. Is it too late? Oh, I'm the mom. Yes, I believe it is. Unless it's done outside!
You betcha! Although, some here have stated a preference for tapioca pudding. Tapioca tends to spatter on impact, whereas mashed potatoes don't so mashed potatoes have greater stopping power.
