Default How much precipitation in your area

My home weather station just hit 11.72 inches of rain for December. Living on a ridge is comforting (we don't have to invest in an ark).

Hmmm...

I just read a forecast that predicts 5 more inches for our area with the storm that just started. I think I should'a bought the generator last summer...

Look on the bright side. At least you don't have to shovel it.

For December we had .02 in. We are about 19" down for the year. If you see the news it looks like lots of grass fires are now starting in TX and OK.

Dear bborzell,

Would you kindly quit hogging all the rain and let some flow on down to Southern California? We are very dry. Our little stretch of dirt road is making clouds of dust again.

Sincerely,

Kyras

Uh Oh. No, I haven't seen it. Do I need an ark?

BTW, for Christmas my husband got me a little weather station. It's a La Crosse with a Touch Screen Weather Center Model WS-3610. I haven't really given it much time yet but I do have the monitor right next to my computer. I have a CD to put the WS 3610 program on my computer. Know anything about it?
