Default NoVA - Need a place to store your S this winter?

I'm in McLean VA (northern Virginia) and recently moved into a condominium that comes with tandem parking spaces. Because my S2K is my only car, the other spot is empty.

As you can see from the (rather dark, sorry) photo, there is no worry about door dings with this space. It is underground, totally dry and secure -- only people with access cards can get in/out and security guards walk the garage frequently.

The space where the S2K is seen here is the spot that is available. I will park behind.

Garage spaces here go for $75-$100/month. Because this space is offered for storage only, no regular in/out priviledges, I am asking $50/mo. including occasional start-ups/battery charging other minor maintenance if requested. (I will not drive the car due to liability.)

Thanks for reading!

Cheers,

I may be interested. vs. spending $300 on an outdoor cover, this might be cheaper.

$50 is a bargain, all the garage space prices in my building have gone up to $100 now!
