Hi,

I used to have a Blitz intake on my 99 3.2TL. It didn't do a good job with the automatic tranny so I took it off since it's loud and FEEL no power gain.
I'm wondering if the filter can fit in the S2K's original air box, if yes, will I notice any difference in power?
I really love this filter, it looks so nice but if it does not gain anything, thinking of selling it

 

if you're referring to that metallic mesh filter, get rid of it. i've seen a test on the filtering capability of various filters in a Japanese magazine, and the Blitz filter was the worst (though it did flow almost as well as cotton mesh style filters).

it's our own. it's not a CAI replacement, it's a CAI extension duct as the stock system is very well designed already IMO.
