Default Hi Guys - Newbie here - Pics

Hi guys,

Been reading through the site for a while now so thought I would join up! I'm Stuart from Edinburgh, 21 years old and the proud owner of a yellow AP1 S2000

Here are some pics (poor ones at that), not got much plans for this to be honest apart from perhaps getting the interior tidied up a bit!

Thank you for looking!

sunglasses moment...

Yellow seats! Never seen that before.

I assume, since it's a T-reg and they were all imports, that it must be a JDM only option?

Welcome Stuart

Make sure you have your insect repellant ready for some top down fun in summer.

Enjoy the car mate.

That's very yellow.

That's not a JDM. Presumably the interior is an after market thing.

& wow, that is one bright interior.

A T-Reg is also very rare over here, as the V-reg was the first official release.

The documents say registered in 2000 so perhaps a very Late T???

Have to say, the site was very useful when researching the car, went down to London with a big list of stuff to look for, think the dealer was quite happy to see the back of me

Wow!

Those seats are certainly different.

Must be one of the earliest cars.

Welcome and enjoy!

Welcome

On the T reg thing, my old Alfa was a '99 on a V so there is something odd about yours being on a T if it's a 2000 car....Could be as simple as the plate on the car being a private one I suppose. Dunno. I'm sure someone will be along with a sensible answer soon enough.

So.

Enjoy.

Be careful and....

Get some black seats in that thing

My car is referred to a 2000 model, even though it was registered in Sept 99.

1st September 99 was the first V reg.

A T reg must have been registered before 1st Sept 99.

I guess it must be of the press release cars that they had.

Original UK cars were only available in 3 colours (plain Red, plain/metallic silver, and plain/metallic black). There was no choice on the leather - Black only.

Later cars had different colours, including pimp red leather, and blue !
