I was in gym class when someone came running in and told us the World Trade Center had been hit.

I was in college, watched replays of it on tv in the union. I think shock was the best way to describe everyone's condition that entire day.

I was in a military class. The instructor was about to tell us "The Funniest Story Ever" when it happened. Needless to say he didn't tell us the joke. It was very sad.

I was getting supplies from the Parachute shop at AIMD NAS Jacksonville, and I watched it on T.V.

Right after that I was called up to work Security for the base for 19 months.

Thumbs down

never forget!!!!!!!

people will tend to lessen the impact of this event over time. It is imperative that we do not allow this to happen. ask any older person if Pearl Harbor is any less impactful now and I will bet you they say NO.

the world changed forever that day. we owe it to ourselves and our country to always remember that there are those out there hell-bent on destroying us and we should always act accordingly at all times.

no matter what your political stance is, this fact should ring true in your heart.
