Default exhaust size and TP size

facts:
I have an invidia dual, non burnt tips, and I don't know if it is 60mm or 70mm piping.
I want to get a test pipe.

Question:
If I got the Berk test pipe: a) will it line up with the exhaust flanges no matter which diameter the exhaust is and b) will it matter if i get the Berk 63.5mm over the Invidia 70mm?

Wanted to check here before I go over to my friends house, jack up the car, pull the exhaust down and measure the piping.

wrap a tape measure around the pipe and then divide that number by 3.14.
then you'll know the measurement in inches. Im guessing it should be around 8.5" in diameter to be 70mm.

i thought about doing that but i do not know the thickness of the piping because i assume the pipe diameter is measured from the interior diameter. i know its not that thick so i can prob get a good idea by doing your suggestion, thanks

thanks for your responses guys.

got under the car this morning (in my work clothes ) and measured the circumfrence of the pipe before the split and after and both were ~7.5 inches.

(7.5*25)/3..141 = ~60, so 60mm it is!
