Default compliance bush orientation?

hi all,

part way through a major overhaul of the suspension system - but im having a little difficulty... The old compliance bushes were in such poor condition that the inner rubber had parted with the the outer sleeve (thus meaning that i could not mark the orientation of the old bush)

I've got hold of a pair of new spoon comp bushes but im unsure as to how to position them? There is a yellow dot on one side only - what's it significance?
There are two arrows on the top and two on the bottom ( i gather these are supposed to match up with the scribe marks you make when removing the old bushes - but as i hinted, it was not possible to mark where the old ones sat...

Looking at a pic i've found on here, I can see how the stock bush sits - can i press the new one in as per this pic (circled in red) you can just make out is positioning

I've got the back end to rebuild tonight, so that will keep me busy but any advice is greatly appreciated.
