This morning on the way into the city everything was fine. Then I get halfway home and "suddenly".. I cannot use 5th. I can't get into it and I have to yank my shifter to get it out.. which sucks by the way when your in rush our and need to suddenly shift. Even now while its parked, I can't going into 5th. It goes halfway in and then doesn't want to let go. I do have a warranty so I need to know who are the reputable repair shops you guys would trust with this. I need this taken care of asap so any recommendations you guys give me will help..

The funny thing is this morning when it worked fine,, I went to Full Throttle and bought helmet so can finally to to track days.... ironic huh...

I'm thinking of going to Darrell Waltrip Honda... does anyone have anything bad history with them or is that a good choice?

 

Their parts department always treated me just fine...

 

I worked there for over a year. Overall pretty good people If you need a transmission I can order one for you and save you some money.

 

The only dealership I trust is in Clarksville because one of my best friends is a mechanic there, unless you can got Dave to work on it at DW but he's a volvo mechanic.

 

oh yeah, and Slows2k is the bomb but he's not local.

 

Luckily I had the forsight to buy an extended warranty so it will all be covered. So I'm not too worried about cost really.. I just want a quality job done.
