Val! So sorry to hear about your back.

I can relate...I bet a lot of us here in Vintage can...and my back issues started during a move. There is hope, though. Thanks to a set of exercises and changes to my sitting posture at work and in the car...all recommended by a good orthopedist...I managed to get past several bouts that had me flat on my back for days. I've been pretty much problem free for the last ten years or so.
