If you've never had the experience of eating one of the dinners I plan (and you don't mind spending a bit of money, maybe $20/person but from the amount of food, I think $25 is probably going to be closer), I guarantee that you'll experience food like you never have before. From the moment you walk in until you leave, you'll never see a menu, you won't have to order anything, you just get to sit back and enjoy and I promise you, no beef with broccoli, no General Tso's chicken, just real, excellent Chinese food.

I talked to the Chef last night and he asked if we could tell them by Thursday the number of people coming. Please sign up soon if you'd like to go. Some of the food we're going to have takes time to prepare.

I don't eat at buffets...I'm going to order a variety of authentic Chinese food that everyone can share. Nothing extreme, nothing overly spicy, nothing totally outre, just good food.

Don't worry, there will be enough variety so that you can skip anything even moderately spicy and still come away nicely full.

 

I'll post a tentative menu as soon as I speak to the chef.
