Default APR lip owners

So I'm thinking about purchasing the apr lip and I wanted to know which has better fittment, frp or cf? I found an old thread where some members were complaining about the frp fittment, seems like it's either hit or miss. Also, I found the frp lip on NOPI for about $300 and change, seems like a decent price if the lip is authentic. Is there an apr logo on the lip to show authenticity? Happy holidays

Joe

I have the frp, fitment was not good and some work was needed to make it work, but it was worth it

There is an APR batch on the lip.

Just pick up the polyurethane copy from ebay its like $80 at fits perfectly. plus you don't have to deal with cracking the fiberglass.

What kind of work was needed? I like the look of the lip but if it's a pain in the @ss I might just pass.

Not looking to purchase knockoff parts, but I appreciate the suggestion.

Really it fits perfectly? Do you mind PMing or posting which seller you got it from? I am very interested, I don't have the funds to buy the original. Thanks

I can't remember exactly what has been done, but I remember the guy from the body shop telling me about how bad the fitment was, and he could understand why there are people saying, it wouldn't fit at all.

This. APR carbon is always nice, but for anything else buy the knockoff, Mine was 85 bucks shipped, fit like a glove.
