Default APEX'i WorldSport II Exhaust with Greddy Turbo

Thinking of putting this exhaust on, but was wondering if anyone had experience with this exhaust paired with the Greddy turbo kit. It's a shot in the dark, but hopefully there's someone who reads this that has some input on this combination.

Thanks!!

Seems to me the piping is too small.

since it's an n/a exhaust might work well w/ a test pipe. But you might get better responses asking in the FI forum...

You will be fine. The greddy kit doesn't produce enough power to need the flow of a 3". If you don't have the exhaust yet I would recommend getting a 70mm exhaust. I had a j's 60rs when I first went boost and at 8psi there was no difference in power output when I switched to an asura 3".

Is there anyway to get the moderator to move this post to the FI forum? Thanks everyone for their replies and advice.

the part about not flowing enough for a 3" is untrue as long as you run a cat, but having that said i would recommend a 70mm too, just due to the noise level. a 3" will be loud as hell. a 70mm on the greddy turbo is just right.

OP, do some research in the FI forum on exhaust combinations for the greddy kit. There are various combinations that can be done. The kit is very finicky because it'll boost spike if there is too much flow (the internal wastegate is small). If you don't port the wastegate people tend to stick a test pipe with one of the more restrictive exhausts. If you keep the restrictive cat like i did, you can go as high as 80mm and still make a lot of power without spiking. If you want a 70mm exhaust though with a testpipe, you'll probably need to port the wastegate. Like i said, there are many different combinations of cat/testpipe/exhaust that can be done, depending on your power goals and what noise levels you can stand.

the WSII being a n/a dual with large cans (not very high flowing) will probably be perfect with a testipipe and the greddy kit. a lot of people run the stock exhaust or HKS duals with a testpipe and descent results.
