Default rear caliper rattle HELP

I am having a problem with my rear caliper, it rattles really bad over bumps in the road. I know its the rear caliper because if I go over the same bumps with the ebrake engaged the rattles (more like clunks stops). I posted a video to show the rattle. This happened after I put new pads(hawk HP+), rotors, SS lines. any help would be great!

spring on the top of the caliper on the inside still good holding tension when you go to tighten it down?

are the pins lubed correctly? have they worn? did you even check them?

is the pin in the slot of the inside pad?

added an oem pad shim to the back on one pad on each side. now the pads are on there TOO tight I can feel them dragging and the ebrake is crazy hard to pull, also after a SHORT drive the pads and rotors are smoking. cant win today

any ideas? I might take the pad shim out and see what happends

how easily do the pads slide up and down? are they too loose? with the top of the caliper off can you feel them go back and forth? the noise almost sounds like pad shift but an exagerated case....are the sides of the pads lubed where they touch the caliper? with either molykoate grease or gold antisieze.

IF you add thickness (shims) to the pads youll need to compress the piston on the caliper(s) and possibly re-bleed the brakes. I dont have shims on my hp+ pads but I didnt replace my brake lines either. Id check the lines to see if they are touching something.
