Default vibration between 30 and 40 mph

My '08 has a vibration between 30 and 40 that feels like a tire is out of round. very noticable. Once I get over 40 it smooths out. any ideas? Thanks

I have the same problem, 30-40 MPH then again at 75-80. I'm lowered less than an inch and put Megan racing 10mm spacers on two weeks ago and its still doing it. Took it by the shop a couple days after the install to make sure bolts and lock tight were good and it was. Just curious on why I cant get it to go away.

The bucket might be worn too badly and moving the wear point back didn't help. You may need new ones. I think a re-man axle is like $90 and the CV is like $50. Here's a link to partsgeek, they have both. ---> http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/200..._assembly.html

Awesome, thanks for the link. I switched the my wheels back to factory to see if that would make a difference but the shaking is still there. Its alot less but still very much there. I need one of each axle and 2 CV's? correct? Also I just put those spacers one so will I be able to take them off and put them on the new axles?

You should only need the CV's...but if it's worn badly you may need the whole axle. I have a slight vibration as well but I am just going to change the CV's and see if that takes care of it before I spend on the whole axle. About reusing the spacers , yes you can reuse the spacers you just installed with the new ones too.

*Update*

I dropped it at honda today just to be safe on if it was the entire axel or just the boot. They told me its both and the 03 axles had some type of issue with the weight of the bearings and they have to use an axle and CV off a newier model that will be $1500 installed. Any truth to that or can I use the axels and CV from the website above?
