GC + koni suspension setup thread
well after about a year on the RSR springs and stock shocks which rode great but were a bit too mushy in the corners I've decided to upgrade to the GC koni setup. I've also installed megan RCA's in the rear and exedium racing front RCA's. the measurements I post will all be from the bottom of the GC adjuster to the bottom of the threaded sleeve the spring rates I went with are GC's auto-x rates of 440f 380r.
to get started I just set them up with 55mm front and 50mm in the rear the car sits with 2 "fingers" gap with 225f 255r on AP2 wheels
going to get it corner weighted tomorrow and am looking for 50/50 with 1/2 a tank of gas and nobody in it. Ill post pics of how it sits in a little bit.
what kind of numbers have you guys set up your cars to to get the balance and height to work well for you? I'm writing this up in hopes that it helps guys buying the GC/koni setup in the future set their cars up quick and save a buck or two on having it balanced.

Oh I 100% agree with you but it will be a good point to start with. If it saves the shop doing the work 30 min in adjustment that can be $50 they just saved by simply giving the shop a good starting point.
