Default Quick BuddyClub N+ Coilover Question

Hi there,

I'm currently installing my BuddyClub N+ coilovers. I've done the rear and now onto the front. However there is no bracket on the new shock for me to attach the brake line to like there was on the standard shock.

Where have people been fixing the brake line as an alternative?

Kind regards!

you can try figure something out with few bands, zipe ties or combination of those.

Which is exactly what I done, perfect. Thanks for the replies on that.

Unfortunately onto the next problem... I set the rear coil overs to the same height before they were fitted. Now that they're on, the nearside rear is sitting lower than the offside. Is this purely down to the suspension requiring a full geometry set up?

Of course I could raise the nearside coilover but that would seem like I was fixing the symptom rather than the cause.

Many thanks!

it should be roughly equal height (not perfect down to the millimeter thought)
did you tied all lower bolts while suspension is loaded?

The car seems to have settled a bit over the last couple of days and it's now pretty even.

Now onto the next question As far as I'm aware there are 2 ways to alter ride height.

I'm happy with the spring tension etc so all I need to do is loosen the bottom lock collar and twist the shock? Is this the case and can it be done without removing anything?

Failing that I'd need to adjust the top 2 collars which in turn would adjust the springs current set-up, correct?

Many thanks, the help has been great so far.

All sorted now, it was relatively self-explanatory once I gave it a go but I just wanted to double check beforehand.

Hopefully I can get over the speed bumps at work now

Thanks again everyone.
