Neither.
What are your intentions with the car? Do you want the car to handle well, or are you looking for a coilover set to slam the car? Do you plan to autocross or track it, or do you just cruise?
As far as affordable coilovers go, I would recommend bc racing (preferably with swift spring upgrade) or bilstein pss, or wait for a used set of bilstein pss9, kw v1,2 or 3, or tein flex or monoflex to pop up in the marketplace.

im 100% with DC2-2-AP1, Neither.
But the questions are valid, what are you looking to do?
you can never go wrong with a swift spring upgrade.

I 3rd that...neither. If you're looking to save some money but still get a drop, get fortune auto coilovers.

Fortune Auto 500s
GODSPEED and Megan are bottom of the line garbage. Your OEM suspension is much much much better.

Go to a local meet and ask for a ride to compare. That way you can experience it first hand rather than hear the opinions of people that may or may not have the coils.
