Default Best brakes?

I've stored my AP2 for the winter, and come spring, I think I'll be upgrading my brakes. I'm learning this stuff as it comes along, so I'm not sure which brakes are the best, and which brakes have the best of both worlds when it comes to affordability/function. During the summer, I autocross frequently. So keeping that in mind, could I get some suggestions as to what I should go with? Thanks!

For auto-x, stock brakes are really fine. As your car is getting a bit old, it wouldn't be a bad idea to upgrade to some SS brake lines. Otherwise, just some good pads and fresh fluid and you're good to go.

Carbotech AX6's. The first time I drove on them, it was love at first braking! LOL. I am set on getting some for next year.

If you email the guys over at Carbotech, they will work with you on finding the correct pads for your set up and what you want out of them. Order your pads from speed-freaks.net. They do a S2KI discount and hook you up with free shipping.

Cheers.
