Hi, i need your feedback! I have a ap2 2005 with stock coils spring that i want to keep since i drive it in winter in Quebec and its time to replace my shocks (75 000km) and im hesitate to replace it with 2005 or 2008-2009 oem base s2000 shocks, i dont want to install after market shocks, i only want 2005 or 2008-2009 shocks. Im hesitate with the 2 choice because the 2005 stock set-up is not top notch and i read an article on the 2008-2009 that compare it to the c/r and it is said in this article that the stock 2008-2009 suspension is the best compromise with the c/r and the ap1 rought ride and the too soft ap2. But what do you think is the best choice for me since i will keep my stock 2005 coils springs, it is best to install new oem 2005 on my stock 2005 coils springs or it is a great upgrade to install the oem 2008-2009 base shocks on my 2005 coils springs, anywone have try this set-up and satisfy with it? I have an 05 as well and was thinking about keeping the stock spring with a more agressive shock like the cr or 08-09 oem shock. But not many people have done this. Any one have input?
