Default Suspension bouncing.. Time for pss9 rebuild?

So I recently I noticed my S has been seemingly bouncy from the rear end and seems to be getting worse. At first I thought it was in my head, but it is definitely noticeable at highway speeds where the car feels unsettled and bouncy, especially in the right rear. I had the shocks off a few weeks ago and notice a small amount of oil on the shaft, would this be a tell tale sign the damper is done?

Did you check to see if the spare tire knocked the adjustment knob to a different setting?
