Default Do you think this is worth it?

So to start my car has 150,000 miles on it. I am getting ready to tear it down for a full rebuild soon. I was on GoTuning's website and saw these - http://www.gotuning.com/product_info...roducts_id=317 and these - http://www.gotuning.com/product_info...roducts_id=318. I also seen Energy Suspension just released their new kit. The only thing I worry about is the polyurethane would eventually squeak and would need lubing.

So now that Energy Suspension has released there new bushing kit, my question's are how long are the OEM bushings good for? Would the Spoon Hardened Bushing kit or Energy Suspension Bushing kit be better? Would the stress put on the control arms over 150k miles diminish there strength enough to warrant buying new control arms?

I would go with the Powerflex stuff, or the Energy Suspension ones.
