Its been done. Im just not sure how much it would cost to do it. But you can get in touch with Ryan at Rywire, and i am sure he would be able to help.

You are correct. Toda Made a kit for the FD2 civic and basically they just converted it to cable....

Nice nice. Those other ITBS are the AP Power ones that Urge has been working on for DBW but I like the Toda's mysefl. The S2000 uses the exact same type of throttle cable to drive the DBW sensor anyway, so it would like just need to be transferred over and made to fit the Toda setup. Less complicated than on the FD2 I think which has the sensor right under the pedal. I have some fun Toda related plans in the works and this will be part of that.
