Do you know if that Mugen bar have any kind of certification? I think Japan used to be called MOT (Ministry of Transportation). thanx.

trade for SSR SP1's 18x8.5 49+ fronts and 18x9.5 55+ rears, for those mf10s? in mint condition with 70% thread left . except one rim has minor curbage size of a dime if that
