AP1 Long Block rebuild "Kit" for sale.

2003 S2000 owner for 11 years.
Four years ago I spun piston connecting rod bearing. Rather than rebuild it again I lucked into buying a 2005 low mileage AP2 long block from MUGAN AP2. (He was completely parting out his perfectly fine 05 S2K.) Fortunately there was no damage to crank as the bearing never totally came apart. After the engine swap I reused the Ferrea valve train components on a perfectly fine blank head I had bought used just in case. Mayor's Block & Head rebuilt the cylinder head reusing Ferrea parts and replaced a few damaged parts. Rebuilt head has never been installed, valve train parts only have 13,300 mi & include Ferrea Competition Plus Valves, Dual Coiled Springs & Titanium Retainers. Rocker arms are original at 103,400 mi. Included valve guides and proper valve seating.
The engine block was re-sleeved at 90,000 mi,(also Mayor's Block & Head) so they only have 13,300 mi usage as well. !03,400 mi total.
A great opportunity for an Engine Build Project or simply replace a worn out high mileage AP1.

Water pump, pulleys, tensioner, no problems. Timing chain & interior all good. Full Synth oil.
All 4 cylinders re-sleeved to AP1 specs. Only 13,300 mi use.
Original oil pump assembly. Full synthetic oil changes every 3-4,000 mi.
re-sleeved cylinder walls nice & smooth, no scratches or nicks. Shiny crank.
Crank is smooth & shiny. New bearing 103,400 mi. Polished & balance check at 90,000 mi.
Professionally rebuilt cylinder head (Mayor's Head & Block). Ferrea Valves, Dual coil springs,Titanium retainers. Never been used. Ballade HD TCT only 1,500 mi

Timing idler gear perfect
Your choice OEM head bolts or ARP Head Studs. Both only used once or twice.
