Oh I'm planning to go, but the wife reserves the right to make other plans...and inform me at the least convenient moment, lol... Like this weekend for example. I was all set to go out on my buddy's boat for the air show. Until my wife informed me that we're actually going to Orlando to see her mom (Mother's Day and all that). So much for perfectly laid plans!

It just so happens that my girl's mom and sister fly in on that same day. It didn't go well when I asked if we had any plans and she said no and my quick response was "perfect, I have a meet that night! you girls catch up and I will be home after the meet, I love you, you are awesome!!!" Followed by me running away to throw out the trash before anything could have been said to alter plans
