It looks like WOB will be open soon. It sat there with just the sign for a long time, but things are happening now. In fact for all I know it could already be open, we haven't been by in a week or so. I'll try to check it out and report back.
Once open, if parking gets tight, the lot across the street to the North is wide open and well lit.
Hope to be back to driving and able to drive myself to the next one (but thanks to Julie for bringing me last time).
