My car keys got stolen
I set my keys down on my table at Barnes and Noble for 2 seconds while buying my coffe so no one would take my table and somone swiped my keys. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
Now after getting my car towed home (NO I don;t have a spare key) I need to go buy a new key. If anyone is still awake what do I need to take to the dealershiip to get key made and how much do they cost $$$? |
You need to go to the dealer where you bought your car, from my knowledge on what Eric from Parts at Braman Honda told me is that only the dealer where you bought your car can issue you the new copies. Your going to need an ID and if you have the title or some proof that you are the rightful owner. Once the dealer verifies that you are the owner you will be able to get them.
BTW did you ask at the counter if someone turned them in??? |
That f'in sucks to hear Woody. At BN out of all places... I hope everything turns out ok.
Yeah man, I had them looking all over for my keys and nothing! Sucks! prob some kids just being punks.
You can get keys made at any honda dealer with your vin and prof of ownership. Theres one prob you need to bring your car to program the key... I heard braman does it without the key??? not to sure... Keys list for 49 bucs Im not at work so I cant tell you your price on the key but I know I dont have s2k keys in stock....
Sorry man, go back to Barns and Noble and tell them to pull the video surveillance, it should show who did it. If you don't get the guy, he'll comeback for your seats....
When I had my 'Lude I had a red key that was supposed to be used to program any spare keys. It may be with your ownership doc's.
That sucks. Does Barnes & Nobles have surveillance cameras?
That blows dude
