Well Max ur fantastic reply was expected sadly though putting the car in the canal is not an option; thanks to the S2000 having sent my insurance rates through the roof b/c of its amazing popularity with thieves...lol.. Another total lose would put my rates far beyond reasonable as they stand im pretty upset about the whole situation with my insurance.

I'm sure you are paying an arm and a leg for the G37s so having a cheaper car payment might be more reasonable. I know Acura has this deal right now for a TSX: $299.00 per month for 36 months. $2,499.00 total due at signing. Includes down payment with no security deposit. Excludes taxes, titles and fees. For well-qualified buyers. I know an Auto Broker who can get the monies due at signing thrown out, as long as you have good credit, so you can just pay the first payment, taxes, and take delivery of the car. He works with all car companies and handles all of the paper work. When he brings you the car you sign for it right there and they drop it off at your house. I wouldn't get another S2000 because you aren't going to sleep at night. Get a Accord Coupe V6 EX w/ 6 Speed and you have more torque, better gas mileage, and you run the same 1/4 mile. Get the reflash and you are faster than an S2000. Also, you don't have to worry about anyone stealing it... it's an Accord. Hope this helps. |

Um....I don't understand the dilemma here unless I misunderstand the term buyback. When you say buyback, Inifiniti is taking over your lease and let you go clean and clear....right? So what's the issue?
You don't have the financial ability as you used to, but you still want to drive premium car. So in another words, you want to play, but don't have the blings to support it. To a normal person, this is like a golden opportunity for them. A chance to get out of a lease without penalty and go with a car that is more suitable for them financially. And lets say they fix everything for you. You're financial situation is not likely to change anytime soon.
