Testa Rossa Motors in west miami is good for that, they've done entire restorations on classics that've won awards at shows. They do really good work and they've been in business for over 25 years doing this so they know the ins and outs of restoring cars. I had my S painted there and I get compliments on it all the time, nobody believes me that its a 16 year old car (although it helps that I did the top and interior at the same time as my paint job since I already had the car disassembled).
