i know when i was riding my liquid cooled pocket bike a cop caw me near my house and said he was going to take the bike away and i have to see a jp so see if i can get it back....most cops will just ask you to roll bike home and not do it again.... and i know for the car they will just give him a ticket for driving with a g2

I got pulled over on my pocketbike the cop pulled out his radar and told me to floor it, clocked in at 85 km/h he then laughed and told me to be safe and not ride it around public places due to a loud exhaust lol.

obviously the person with g1 would get into more trouble.
you dont need a license or insurance to ride a pocket bike, because primarily they are not road-legal. they are meant to be used "off-road" but should a popo see you driving one on the streets, he will most likely tell you to f**k off and that you cant be driving one on public roads.
