Default Any S2000 lowered on Tein H. Tech?

Hey Guys,

I've looked all over the internet last night looking for a picture of an S2000 lowered on Tein H. Tech springs/coils and found nothing? The reason I ask is that I have a 2000 S2000 with AP2 V3 rims and I am running 225/45/17 in the front and 255/40/17 in the rear. I am wanting to lower the car just a bit to get rid of that hideous wheel gap but I also don't want to roll and or pull my fenders, so I guess my question is will I have rubbing issues running that size of tire and being lowered even if its 0.6 inch drop (as per Tein website) ? Pictures with Tein H. Tech setup would be greatly appreciated if someone is running it on their S2000's .

Thanks

You could lower the car to have the frame on the ground and you still won't rub on OEM wheels. The offset is high enough to allow more than enough tire to fender clearance.

You'll be okay.

No worries, lower away. However, your alignment will change, so you might want to look at that. If you're just driving on the street, not so much of an issue. If you're tracking the car, there's a whole bunch of other stuff happening when the car is lowered.

Perfect, great to hear and thanks a bunch! So I guess a set of Tein S. Tech or H. Tech will work perfectly. Just wanted to make sure I could still run my 225/255 setup!

I have the Tein springs and the same tire setup as yourself and NO rubbing whatsoever.
