APH dyno results
#21
Hey guys just wanted to post my results from APH, long time lurker first time poster.
Just a short introduction, name is Matt, I own a 2006 S2000, I live in London ON, I've done a few AutoX events and lapping at Grand Bend. I've met a few of you guys already.
Anyways onto the good bits, and also a nice surprise to say the least. I purchased what i thought was a kraftwerks c38-81 used from a member here on the boards. Finally installed and drove down on the base tune excited about having 375-400whp with stock exhaust, I end up with this.
So i gotta say I'm over ecstatic about the results. Was not expecting 450whp and 295 ft/lbs. Guy probably had no idea he was selling me c38-91 or 92. I still have to measure the charger and find out but according to dyno I shouldn't be getting this kind of power with c38-81.
We did run into a ignition misfire at high rpm, I had brand new NGK BKR8EIX in there gapped at 32, we ended up lowering the gap to 23 and we had to lower the RPM to 8K. Couldn't hit 8200 which is fine It's got enough power for me. Needless to say I'm very happy with the results and the car feels insane, had to change my pants a few times on the ride home.
Mods
