Does anyone have any experience/review for using the Beltronics STi Magnum in Ontario? Passport 9500ix?

How about any other radar/lidar detector/jammer system?

Cops around here are using laser all over the place, you won't find a radar detector to help you with laser, by the time you hear the alarm you are dead in the water in most circumstances no matter what the company advertises. They work really well for all other radar though.

Not something i would recommend at all.

I would actually argue this. The STi magnum is the top of its class for detection and it catches laser radar (can't downgrade something you haven't used or seen) and it catches it consistently well at a far range.

The only issue is helicopters since they fly above the radar range.
