+1 Crossborder Pickups... There's a location in Markham (pretty much 404/Steeles) and one in Mississauga.
If you can estimate the import duty before you purchase, that would be good too - also, their US location is Niagara Falls, so there is some state tax involved.

I ordered the OEM cover from Benardi. The shipping was fast and the border fees were reasonable the cover was less than half what it would cost be to buy locally.
