Caliber Paint?
I'm not sure if I'm shocked..or scared, maybe both
I ordered some Caliper paint a week or so ago from MG Racing (thanks for getting it here quickly Tim)
I got a notice from the PO (should be POS but I digress), saying I had a package and owed $8.50
Not knowing what that might be, the wife goes to the PO and pays the facist tax and brings it home to me. Right away I know what it is, its my paint, how joyful. Figuring they got wise and figured they'd charge me duty on my paint. I open it up, look at the paint..yup its paint. I look at the customs slip they slap on everything that comes here and it says and I quote "CALIBER PAINT - ammunition reloading kit - high caliber weapon"
What in the hell was the dolt thinking? Oh by the way the other sticker on it said "UNOPENED". Nice.
Maybe next time I'll order a rocket launcher...call it a rocket LUNCHER and see if they eat it.

What colour of caliber paint did you get?
I have thinking about painting my calibers red or yellow.
Do you need a special license to order caliber paint in Canada or just register the paint?

I got yellow, and no I didn't need a license...hell thats SCARY again heh
My car's yellow so I figure that made more sense than red. I've seen the Boxster S in yellow and it stood out like a sore thumb.
You got black...I bet it'd look pretty cool in yellow. I've seen red and that does look right.

Maybe when I get my MG racing filter, it'll be labled a crack pipe?
I can't unstand why I had to pay for some bumbling tit to screw up.
You thought that was funny, wait till you hear what kind of response I get when I call this in to complain...I want my $8.50 back heh
Oh look hell is freezing over.

Gee thanks Tim
Once the temps break the 50 barrier..hell I'll be impressed when it goes over 30, I'll paint them up, then I'll post some pictures.
When you ship the filter It'll be a big surprise when it gets here to see what form of weapons technology the customs folks think it is.
Oh yeah btw, thanks for putting the peanuts in the box..the damn box was mangled by the PO and I think this peanuts saved it.

Yes thanks Tim!
No return address indeed.
Question, how many calipers worth of paint comes in the bottles? Is it enough for atleast two cars?

For the T.O guys just go to Pacific Mall and Get Foliatec Caliper paint. It's awsome but takes very long. An accurate OE job like I did took me 8 hrs. And you can't dive for another 24 hrs.
