Am I the only one who worries about putting KM on the s2k?
I put 4000 KM in a month and a half (just got it) and was so pissed off at myself for using it as a daily during that time.

Couldn't imagine driving a CR..
Would probably never leave my neighborhood!

I worried about it back when I was in university and I didn't want to devalue the car.
The car is my daily or rather when I am actually in town it is my daily.

Forget about the miles, enjoy the car, you didn't buy the car to be an investment, you bought the car for enjoyment, do exactly that

I don't really worry about the mileage I put on, obviously id want it to have less then 100k forever but you bought it for enjoyment not to keep it mint low mileage for the next guy

I never cared when I had my AP1 and never will with the AP2. The CR had crazy low kms so every 1000kms it felt like rolling over 100k.

GOSPEL!

I don't understand why people buy cars with resale value in mind so heavily. I don't play the game if I am not prepared to pay for it. And once I'm in, I'm in 100%.

I slapped on over 6000 hard kms already on the car in first year of owning it. Treating her like royalty when it comes to maintenance but she works hard for it.

6000km a year is nothing. You need to drive your car more.

In 5 and a half years I put 67,000 on my car, I don't think I drove it enough still. Those were some hard miles I put on that car too

Averages out to just over 12,000 per year I think. Mostly because of dragon trips.

I agree - driving to Halifax next year from TO to hit up Cabot Trail. That'll be fun.

I travel quite a bit for work so I don't get to use the car as much as I'd like but I changed positions so hopefully next year will involve more driving!

I agree about not being able to drive it, it was built to be driven and really second guessing why I want one. I have only put about 9K on my current AP1 in the last two seasons and I drive it most weekends but I bought it with just over 100K so I am not worried about that milestone.

Maybe I will just follow the path of the wise, buy a nice AP2 and set it up the way I like. Better yet, buy it setup and save some $$$.
