Thank you everyone for the responses. I was the only person driving at the time. Single car collision. I was driving in a rain storm and i hydro planed into the guardrail.

i don't think i'll be getting another s2000 because my insurance increased 200%... now i can't even drive my integra because its so much.. this is my first claim too..wth..
it was an 2003 sebring Silver.

hmmm i was thinking about that but i dont know if buying it back would be worth it?
i was one year away from accident forgiveness
i needed to have 7 years of clean driving i'm just turning 23 in a week lol!I have full coverage with a 300.00 deductible. i'm still waiting to hear back from them, the adjuster is taking a look at it thrus/fri so hopefully friday or next week i'll know.
