Most likely your DRL module needs to be repaired or replaced. Solder tends to go on these Honda DRL modules.

thx 4 help, i'm no good with solder, i can pick up spare parts from honda?

I just checked my car. not sure if there is a difference between model years (mine is an 08), but you pull to flash the high beams but push the stalk forward to keep the high beams on. Did you try pushing?

yes i have an 08 also and i'm aware of both high beam function. but still no high beam
