Well mannn made me do it and that's my story

I went with a Digital Rebel 300D

I took some pictures to compare it against my old Pro90IS which is still a pretty good camera but this camera is WAY better.

Old Camera full zoomed out

New Camera full zoomed out from the same spot with the same settings.

Old Camera full zoomed in

New Camera unfortunately I don't have as far zoom with it only negative but could buy a lens if I really wanted one.

The old camera looks pinker.

ForSale: Canon Pro90IS

Haha, g/f puts the stuff up after her mom's birthday on the 27th of Nov every year.

I'm lucky it doesn't go up Nov 1st.

colour is pinkish because your old camera doesn't have a complex whtie balance processor

Only thing so far is I'm not use to having to take a picture 10 times, with my pro90 I could see the output before I snapped, now it's guess work

Some detail is being lost in the shrinking I did but the old ones colours are not as realistic.

Funny thing is the old camera pictures at 1024x768 are actually 1024x768 while the new ones are 1024x683 or something like that.
