Typical commitment to an event and then "sudden" bailing that we're used to.

Mental note - don't commit to a paid event unless we get coin upfront to fund it.

I'm sorry to hear that Nimesh. Yea that really sucks so many people confirmed then didn't show. I wonder how they'd like to be put out like that on a Sunday.

Make sure A.J. knows that those of us that attended truly appreciate his efforts. I for one would not blame him if he didn't have time for us next year. At least a flat rate would ensure his time was covered.
