Hey Folks

There is a new BBQ place in Barrie and I have to say I really really like the food and the guy who runs it. His bbq ethics match my own I guess..no undercooked burgers and early morning rectal explosion sausages. If you've had my brisket or pork you know what I'm talking about. Good stuff.

Anyhoooo

I need to know who's coming by this Saturday if I'm going to try to make arrangements . The reason why he needs to know is because this stuff takes a long long time to prepare properly and he wants to give us a good deal.

I'm going to try to keep the cost down.

So the offerings will be something like

Brisket, Pulled Pork, and smoked chicken. I'd probably say no to ribs as they are cost prohibitive. If people want ribs, we can make it happen.

Really excellent food, almost makes me say I don't need to make my own......hehe RIGHT.

It's not like I can go home to eat, so I'm in.

I'm in, but then again I have never had a problem planning ahead...

Vince, I'm not a big eater.. Honestly, I eat about the same as Nimesh, really. Our body types are almost identical. So on that note, I'll have everything BUT ribs.
