I have these coilovers as well. They are pretty good. They do adjust ride height on the bottom. They also have aluminum sleeves.

Beachbum they adjust from the bottom so the spring stays the same height all around.

If you guys want more insight on them just ask the Nissan 240 guys (drift) most of these guys r using them. They r very happy w/ them, also a lot of honda guys have them, just ask around.
