Well I wouldn't exactly suggest that. They are a pretty good rain tire I hear (when they're new). But they'll wear pretty quickly too and their release characteristics are quite unlike street tires. So they can bite you in the ass if you are unfamiliar with how they work and feel.
BTW, that's all assuming you have an ITR. If you have an S2000 there's a couple other things to consider.
But one thing I will say, the second I got in the car after putting my RA-1's on last year to break them in for a weekend I could immediately tell the difference. The ride was much softer too (and the S is a pretty rough ride for a stock car).
