If anything your size made it worse. Your larger mass, then say me, would increase the force in which you hit, and likewise the force that needed to be dissapated.
Go to a doctor...Now, it's not worth ****ing around with.

Take care of yourself Rahul. Let us know if you feel better!

Ditto! If he hit you broadside, the airbag and seat belt don't protect you from the trauma to your body. Get checked out! My sister had hearing problems for 2 years after a truck broadsided her. You may need physical therapy to get you back in good shape again.

Geez man that doesn't sound good at all. Probably a good combo of injury and massive stress. Too bad we can't sue for that crap up here.

I'd be getting to the Dr asap, never know how those non expected jarrings will do damage.

And if what Mike says is true..if I ever get smacked in the car I'm a dead man!!

My condolences, first to you, and then to the car. Don't mess around with your injuries. Do what everyone says and get to the doctor. And make sure your insurance company knows about your health too.

Sorry to hear about the accident. I used to go up to Toronto every month, so I know that area pretty well. Some of those cab drivers are just scary. I hope you feel better.

Just a question. I thought health care in Canada was taken care of by the government.

Health Care is taken care of, but as they say, you can lead a horse to water
Unless you are refering to the statement about letting insurance know, that would be for any payouts that they may provide. Somethings like Physio, Massage, and others are covered over and above by insuarance.

Write off eh? Geez man you must have been hit a lot harder than you gave credit for.

Atleast if you get a new one you'll have something new to mod.

Did you go to the dr yet? Sounding like my wife....

Holy Shite.. Damn Rahul, this sucks total ass (as if you didn't know that already). Hope there's nothing long term here.

And I was all bummed out due to my little bumper puncture, but it's so insignificant in comparison. I can only imagine how you felt about the car (again) and now how you feel about your health.

Bah.

damn bro' !!

no wonder i haven't heard from you for a few days.

dude, get yourself checked out.

when did this happen?

you called me last friday afternoon (when i was picking up the S8) and didn't mention anything.

come to think of it, you called me on Sat. as well.

give me a call - we'll grab a brew.

you're lucky if they write it off 'cuz your initial description didn't sound that bad - then again, you'll lose a shit load on depreciation - i think wholesale is $36K-$39K these days.

call me....
