It's hard work and a good job is a full 8 hour day. It's literally back breaking, espeically when you're not experienced.

But swirls just come back, that's why I just do it myself.

Also the opticoat is a permanent solution I believe, If you have your painted corrected, it's a good idea to do it if you can afford it.

+1 for getting the stuff and doing it at home. Very hard work though, and tons of tools to buy. After all the brushes, polishes, pads, clothes and machines it is a substantial bill.

I used to do it a lot, even making money on the side, but after my long work week it is hard to spend a whole day doing this stuff. I'm too old now lol.

Wes_R is amazing, but if anyone is thinking about doing things themselves here are some links to some guys I watch.

I have a porter cable polisher, but I believe the rupes is better for paint, and the PC for interiors.

I would be happy to take care of your car. Feel free to check out the page: www.reflectionsdetailing.ca

I sponsor a few car clubs here and there as well.

If you have any questions on paint correction or coatings feel free to contact me.

I was pretty amazed what I was able to do with a clay bar today. Got rid of weird white spots everywhere on the back. Got rid of skid marks or something when I spun out on track. Got rid of poor paint thing I did.... I was dissapointed in the scratch repair solution I got though. Didn't seem to fix anything.

Well considering you live down my street and I've never seen the car before, I'm gonna assume it's pretty low mileage and in good shape with light swirl marks. The $250 package he offers is probably more then enough
